This machine was designed to automatically Microfinish rolls for a major manufacturer of office equipment. The machine operates in a "lights out" facility, electrically interfaces with surrounding machinery and operates on a 24 hour, 7 day schedule.

This customer has one of these machines in the USA and another in Europe.

PLC controls with touch-screen displays and the GEM Modem Interface are included on all GEM Microfinishing Systems.
