This family of products was designed to Microfinish components up to 24" (600 mm) long that can be supported between centers or collets.

This particular machine Microfinishes a vast variety of rollers and cylinders for Photocopy Machine Manufacturers. Because this customer only processes small batch quantities, automation of the loading and unloading process was eliminated.

PLC controls with touch-screen displays and the GEM Modem Interface are included on all GEM Microfinishing Systems.
