This product group was designed to Microfinish components up to 24" (600 mm) long that cannot be supported between centers.

This particular machine uses a Walking Beam System to transfer the parts in and out of the machine. However, many other methods of loading and unloading can be incorporated into the basic design of this system.

PLC controls with touch-screen displays and the GEM Modem Interface are included on all GEM Microfinishing Systems.
