TRAVERSING HEAD MICROFINISHING SYSTEM

This machine was originally designed for the Gravure industry to Microfinish the printing cylinders after engraving and chrome plating. However, other customers are using this same machine to microfinish Urethane Covered Rolls, Aluminum Roll Cores and Epoxy Covered Rolls. This machine can microfinish virtually any type of roll that can be supported between centers. PLC controls with touch-screen displays and the GEM Modem Interface are included on all GEM Microfinishing Systems.
