If you would like to see the results of the GEM Microfinishing Process for yourself before you purchase any machinery, we will provide the machine, abrasives and labor for up to 4 hours of Microfinishing testing. Your only cost is the shipping charges to send us the components that must be Microfinished.

We will provide complete test results, including:

  • Before and After Profilometer Charts
  • Before and After Bearing Area Curves
  • Types of Abrasives Used
  • Total Cycle Times
  • A Quotation for the appropriate machinery used to finish your parts

Please note that for this FREE DEMO,
our maximum IN-HOUSE finish capabilities are:

100" Maximum c/c Length
2500 lb. Maximum Weight

Our Microfinishing Systems can be designed to Microfinish much larger parts than this. These dimensional limits represent what we can do IN-HOUSE, but they are NOT the overall dimensional limits of our Microfinishing Systems.
